Maintenance Supervisor – The Senary

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to lead the technical and mechanical upkeep of The Senary community in Albuquerque. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. EPA and Certified Pool Operator certifications are mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other community spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Complete monthly reports and documentation related to maintenance activities.

Required profile

• EPA certification.
• Certified Pool Operator certification.
• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in multifamily residential settings.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, building codes and preventive maintenance practices.
