Maintenance Supervisor – North Hill Apartments

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the North Hill Apartments community remains safe, functional, and visually appealing. This role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance activities, vendor coordination, and preventative programs to meet Greystar’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and routine upkeep, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety standards, policies, and code requirements.
• Lead the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, procuring supplies, completing repairs, and final inspections.
• Develop and enforce cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds, amenities, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, garbage areas, and parking lots.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality, scope, and specifications, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, collaborating with the Community Manager to order supplies within budgetary limits.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in Greystar’s policy manual.

Required profile

• Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and technical issues in residential properties.
• Familiarity with safety standards, building codes, and Greystar’s operational policies.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Strong organizational skills for managing inventories, work orders, and preventative maintenance schedules.
