Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Greystar is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to oversee technical and mechanical work across its community properties. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, conducting pre‑move‑out inspections and creating punch lists.
• Perform routine upkeep of community facilities, including mechanical systems, pool areas, and exterior grounds.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• EPA certification.
• Certified Pool Operator certification.
• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and codes.
