Maintenance Supervisor – Gable House

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor for Gable House ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This onsite role supports a lease‑up community of 218 units and requires on‑call availability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident requests, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in accordance with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply procurement, task completion and final inspection.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Periodically inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to verify quality, scope and compliance.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials and coordinate supply orders with the Community Manager.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, preferably in lease‑up or new‑construction settings.
• Proven ability to diagnose mechanical issues and execute repairs safely.
• Experience managing make‑ready processes and coordinating vendors.
• Ability to develop and enforce cleanliness and appearance standards for residential communities.

Required skills

• Basic mechanical and technical repair skills.
• Familiarity with work‑order management systems.
