Maintenance Supervisor – Broadstone Creekside

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the technical and mechanical upkeep of the Broadstone Creekside community in Cypress. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply ordering and final quality checks.
• Develop and maintain standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, coordinating orders with the Community Manager while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as defined in the policy and procedure manual.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose defects, perform repairs and follow established safety and code requirements.
• Experience coordinating vendors, managing inventory and overseeing make‑ready procedures.
• Strong attention to detail for inspecting work quality and maintaining community standards.
