About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Pricing Manager to lead the pricing strategy, bid management, and customer quoting for our growing transportation and logistics organization. The role is pivotal in driving business growth by creating competitive pricing models, managing bid opportunities, and supporting the sales team with accurate market‑based rates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage competitive pricing strategies for transportation and logistics services.
• Lead the bid and proposal process, analysing customer lane data and submitting competitive pricing.
• Maintain bid boards and pricing tools to ensure accuracy and timely responses.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support customer quoting and business development.
• Analyse market trends, carrier capacity, and lane pricing to inform strategic decisions.
• Audit pricing to keep bids competitive while protecting company margins.
• Negotiate pricing with carriers and customers when required.
• Track and report on bid performance, win/loss data, and pricing trends.
• Identify new opportunities and improve pricing strategies to support long‑term growth.

Required profile

• Experience in transportation, freight brokerage, or logistics pricing.
• Strong background in bid management, lane pricing, and customer quoting.
• Ability to analyse market trends, carrier rates, and pricing data.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Experience working with transportation management systems or pricing software is preferred.
