Leasing Professional – Yardly Kelly Lane (Lease Up)

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Yardly Kelly Lane community in Pflugerville, Texas. This role is responsible for achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by managing all leasing activities from prospect outreach through move‑in and lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments prior to occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and handle lease renewal negotiations.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and support community marketing initiatives.
