Leasing Professional – Toscana Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join the Toscana community in Lacey. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect outreach, virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Coordinate move‑in experiences and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for pricing and advertising.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
• Utilize social media and online platforms to promote available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience, or a strong can‑do attitude.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly, including completing legal documents.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or One Site (desired).
