About the role
We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join our residential property management team in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
- Coordinate move‑in procedures, inspect units before occupancy, and ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
- Manage lease renewals and retain existing residents by addressing their needs and concerns.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and support community marketing initiatives.
