Leasing Professional – Regency Park

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Regency Park community to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This role involves guiding prospects through the leasing process, ensuring resident satisfaction, and securing lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance tasks.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show unit standards by daily inspections and ensuring presentation quality.
