Leasing Professional – North Austin

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a Greystar community in North Austin. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through full‑cycle leasing and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, and manage credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move‑in packages, ensure smooth resident move‑ins and lease signings.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other websites.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (e.g., OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident and prospect data, and capture demographic information.
