Leasing Professional – Multi‑site (Callen & Overlander)

About the role

The Multi‑site Leasing Professional will split time between the Callen and Overlander communities in the Tumwater/Lacey area, delivering high‑quality leasing services and resident satisfaction. This role is ideal for an experienced leasing specialist who thrives in a fast‑paced residential environment and enjoys managing both marketing initiatives and lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for both Callen and Overlander properties.
• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, and process lease applications to achieve occupancy targets.
• Maintain resident relationships throughout the lease term and facilitate lease renewals.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless resident experience.
• Track leasing metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work a split schedule (3 days at Callen, 2 days at Overlander).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
