Leasing Professional for Alta Stone Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Alta Stone community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. This role involves direct interaction with prospects, residents, and internal teams to ensure a seamless leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance tasks.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing using platforms like Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Attention to detail for apartment inspections and move‑in preparations.
• Ability to stay informed about local market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Effective communication skills for marketing outreach and resident interactions.
