Junior HR Associate – Employee Support (12‑Month)

About the role

This 12‑month paid program is designed for a recent graduate eager to develop foundational HR expertise at L'Oréal USA. You will support employees across case management, data administration, payroll inquiries, leave administration, and documentation while working alongside a world‑class HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, triage and manage cases in the HR case management system, and escalate complex matters.
• Process and audit HR data transactions, maintain HRIS data, and support regular and ad‑hoc reporting.
• Respond to payroll‑related questions, understand time‑keeping and pay calculations, and coordinate with the Payroll team.
• Administer leave programs (FMLA, disability, parental, and company‑specific leaves) and manage accommodation requests in line with ADA requirements.
• Create and maintain internal HR documents such as SOPs, FAQs, and training materials.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in human resources.

• Excellent customer‑service orientation and ability to handle confidential information.
