Junior Architect – Brooklyn, NY

About the role

Elizabeth Roberts Architecture & Design is looking for a motivated Junior Architect to join our Brooklyn office. You will support the design and delivery of high‑end residential projects while collaborating closely with senior staff and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing client presentation materials.
• Draft and detail residential drawing sets for construction.
• Create drawing sets for NYC Department of Buildings and Landmarks filings.
• Support construction administration tasks, including attending select OAC meetings.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of architectural experience.
• Bachelor of Architecture degree.
• Experience with high‑end single‑family residential projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with NYC Department of Buildings and Landmarks filing processes is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Rhino modeling.
• Experience with CS Suite.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD for Mac and hand‑sketching are advantageous.
