Information Systems Officer – Platform Solution Architect

About the role

The United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF) is seeking an Information Systems Officer to act as the lead Platform Solution Architect for enterprise integrations. Based in Manhattan, the role supports the Fund’s mission of delivering pension benefits to over 80,000 beneficiaries worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end interface architectures between UNJSPF and member organisations, aligning with the target‑state architecture and pension administration domain model.
• Develop and oversee integration patterns using MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and event‑driven architectures, including API‑led connectivity and reusable assets.
• Lead solution design for the integration layer linking ERP, ITSM/HRSD/CSM systems with the pension administration platform, ensuring data integrity, security and auditability.
• Provide technical leadership across complex initiatives, owning architecture decisions, non‑functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, observability) and integration governance.
• Establish and maintain integration standards, canonical data models and governance processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a lead Solution Architect for enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of integration governance, non‑functional requirements and auditability.
