About the role
The HR Generalist in the Employee Service Center (ESC) Tier 3 acts as a bridge between ESC operations and HR Business Partners, delivering advanced manager coaching and handling nuanced HR inquiries. You will support key HR cycles such as annual reviews, performance management, and talent acquisition while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide advanced coaching to mid‑level managers on performance conversations, documentation, leave intersections, and change adoption.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners to execute people and talent strategies, managing end‑to‑end operational details.
- Own intake, triage, and resolution of routine but nuanced HRBP work, logging cases in ServiceNow.
- Generate ad‑hoc reports, custom data pulls, and analytics for managers and HRBPs.
- Support annual review processes, including calibration, tracking, nominations, and documentation preparation.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle support.
- Strong judgment and ability to interpret HR data and policies.
- Excellent communication skills for manager coaching and cross‑functional coordination.
