Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the agency's overarching strategic framework and methodology.
• Lead comprehensive research initiatives covering audience insights, digital trends, and brand positioning.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary strategies including content, social media, creator engagement, PR, and analytics.
• Guide, mentor, and coach a team of high-level experts to foster professional growth.
• Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies within the strategic department.
• Collaborate directly with agency partners on major business decisions and commercial growth.
• Act as a high-level consultant for executive clients, delivering compelling presentations and public speaking.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 12 years of agency experience, with a proven track record in strategic leadership.
• Deep expertise working with global technology brands, specifically within the AI sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire diverse teams of specialists.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing C-suite executives and presenting complex ideas clearly.
