Head of Operations

About the role

Majesty Brands is seeking a strategic Head of Operations to lead its end‑to‑end supply chain across apparel and accessories. Based in New York with a hybrid work model, you will ensure operational efficiency, inventory accuracy and timely delivery while supporting rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee business systems administration, imports, inventory management, warehousing, logistics and distribution.
• Manage relationships with ERP and PLM providers, IT support, freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, warehouses and 3PL partners.
• Monitor inbound and outbound logistics to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and implement control procedures.
• Partner with Sales, Product Development, Production and Finance on inventory planning and business objectives.
• Develop reporting on inventory, logistics, fulfillment and operational performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Track operational KPIs and recommend solutions based on trends.
• Support budgeting and cost‑management initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and develop the operations team.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, inventory management or distribution.
• Background in apparel, accessories, consumer products, home goods or footwear.
• Proven experience managing imports, warehousing, logistics and 3PL relationships.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
