About the role
The Head of Commercial will lead the development and execution of a next‑generation commercialization strategy for a pioneering preventative health platform at the intersection of cardiometabolic care, digital health, and consumer engagement. Reporting to senior leadership, this role is highly strategic and visible, shaping how the company brings innovative therapies and services directly to consumers.
Key responsibilities
- Define the commercial strategy and go‑to‑market vision for a first‑of‑its‑kind preventative health platform.
- Build consumer engagement and direct‑to‑consumer infrastructure from the ground up.
- Develop strategic partnerships across digital health, telehealth, wellness, and broader healthcare ecosystems.
- Shape the long‑term commercialization model for an innovative cardiometabolic therapeutic platform.
- Recruit and build the foundational commercial organization.
Required profile
- Proven commercial leadership experience in biotech, pharma, digital health, consumer healthcare or health‑tech.
- Track record scaling consumer‑facing healthcare or wellness platforms with sustained engagement.
- Experience with non‑traditional, direct‑to‑consumer healthcare commercialization models.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and preventative health adoption.
- Ability to operate strategically and hands‑on in an early‑stage, collaborative environment.
