Growth Associate, SEO

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Associate focused on SEO to create and optimise developer‑centric content. You will help increase our visibility in AI‑driven search results and drive organic growth through strategic on‑page and off‑page tactics.

Key responsibilities

• Write and publish comparison pages, tutorials, framework guides, and landing pages targeting high‑intent developer queries.
• Monitor Reflex citations in AI search responses and run experiments to improve citation rates.
• Audit and enhance site structure, internal linking, schema markup, and page‑speed performance.
• Develop a backlink and brand‑mention strategy aimed at developer communities, newsletters, and technical publications.
• Report on organic traffic, ranking trends, and AI visibility, highlighting what is working and where improvements are needed.

Required profile

• Excellent written communication for a technical audience.
• Understanding of developer interests and pain points.
• Hands‑on experience experimenting with SEO on personal projects, blogs, or coursework.
• Curiosity about how AI models decide what to cite versus traditional search.
• Ability to work autonomously in a largely greenfield environment.
