Groundskeeper – Regency Park

About the role

The Groundskeeper ensures that the community’s outdoor areas, amenities, and overall curb appeal are consistently maintained to Greystar’s high standards. This role supports the service team by keeping common spaces clean, safe, and welcoming for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet droppings, and keep all common areas tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist with apartment turn‑overs.
• Change locks according to property policy and ensure pool gates operate safely and meet code requirements.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions, and address maintenance‑related complaints.
• Follow Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies, attend safety meetings, complete OSHA training, and report incidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, and lifting objects.
• Capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Attention to safety, with willingness to attend training and report hazards.
