Groundskeeper / Porter – Maxwell on 66th

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain the appearance and safety of the Maxwell on 66th community in Phoenix. The role supports the service team by keeping common areas, amenities, and surrounding grounds clean and inviting.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the property throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet waste and ensure all common areas are tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process and maintain storage areas.
• Perform minor service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist with unit turn‑overs.
• Change locks according to policy and verify that pool gates and other safety features operate correctly.
• Distribute resident notices and communicate relevant information.
• Report hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions and address maintenance complaints.
• Follow Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies, attend safety meetings and complete required OSHA training.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders and work in all weather conditions.
• Physical capability to lift, carry and crawl in confined spaces.

Required skills

• Basic lock‑changing proficiency.
• Knowledge of safety and hazard reporting procedures.
