About the role

The Groundskeeper/Porter will maintain the physical appearance and functionality of the Tesota Four Hills community. This role supports the service team by keeping common areas, amenities, and vacant units clean and orderly.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, ensuring all common areas and amenities remain neat.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and keep storage spaces clean.
• Complete minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnover activities.
• Change locks according to property policy and ensure gates are secure.
