General Manager – Luxury Apartment Community

About the role

We are looking for a General Manager to lead the operations and sales of a luxury apartment community. This full‑time, on‑site position will oversee performance, drive revenue growth and ensure an exceptional living experience for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of operations, sales and overall performance of the community.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue.
• Coach, train and mentor associates, focusing on career growth and high performance.
• Maintain accountability for financial results, customer satisfaction and operational standards.
• Foster a competitive, high‑energy environment that motivates teams to exceed expectations.
• Deliver world‑class resident experiences by ensuring quality, service and excellence.

Required profile

• Proven success managing operations and sales in retail, hospitality, restaurant or fitness sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and grow business results.
• Strong leadership presence with coaching and accountability skills.
• Highly competitive, goal‑oriented and motivated by results.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
