Full-Time Support Services Utility – Offshore & Land

About the role

ESS Support Services Worldwide is seeking motivated individuals for full‑time Support Services‑Utility positions supporting offshore and remote land sites. You will help maintain clean, sanitary kitchen and common areas while providing essential hospitality services to resident workers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain sanitary standards in kitchens, galleys, lobbies, restrooms and other common areas.
• Clean, sanitize, and organize equipment, utensils, floors, and surfaces.
• Manage linen handling, bed making, and trash removal.
• Restock bathroom supplies and inventory food‑service items.
• Assist with basic food preparation, beverage service, and steam‑table cleaning.
• Report equipment deficiencies and advise management on purchasing needs.

Required profile

• Prior experience in offshore, remote site, or similar hospitality environments preferred.
• Ability to work on a rotational schedule of up to four weeks on‑site.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning, lifting and moving tasks.

Required skills

What we offer

• Hourly pay ranging from $10.00 to $13.00.
• Weekly pay with up to 44 hours of overtime.
