About the role

Gamer’s Choice is seeking a Full Stack Developer to own and evolve an internal operations tool that powers the day‑to‑day business of its thriving gaming community. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will translate business problems into reliable, maintainable software while collaborating closely with a product‑focused leader.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain the internal tool end‑to‑end.
• Translate operational challenges from the Chief of Staff into functional software solutions.
• Write clean, well‑documented code that can be handed off to other developers.
• Manage version control, testing pipelines, and deployment workflows to ensure stable releases.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools, evaluating generated code and refining it as needed.
• Contribute best‑practice ideas and improvements across the codebase and operations.
• Assist with basic IT tasks such as device setup, account provisioning, and troubleshooting.
• Provide on‑call coverage for critical issues in a 24/7 operational environment.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who can own a product and make independent technical decisions.
• Comfortable questioning priorities and proposing more efficient approaches.
• Willingness to work closely with a non‑technical product owner and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Readiness to be on‑call for critical system incidents.
