About the Position
Join a world-renowned hospitality brand and become the face of our excellence. As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience, ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed, valued, and expertly cared for from the moment they arrive.
Main Missions
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Manage the complete check-in and check-out process, including room assignments and key distribution.
- Accurately maintain and update guest information and reservation details in the system.
- Act as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries, providing detailed information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a seamless and high-quality stay.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met with precision.
