Floating Maintenance Technician – San Antonio

About the role

The Floating Maintenance Technician ensures that all physical aspects of Greystar properties in the San Antonio area meet standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This role involves responding to resident service requests, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors and contractors.

Required profile

• Ability to follow established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Capability to diagnose mechanical or technical issues and perform repairs.
