About the role
Mastercard is seeking a Finance Business Partner Analyst to support the Program Controls, Operations, and Modernization division within Technology. The role bridges financial strategy with operational execution, handling forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare divisional financial reports, identify risks and opportunities, and advise on financial targets.
- Analyze P&L variances against budgets, forecasts, and prior year results.
- Deliver monthly expense forecasts for the assigned division and present results to senior management.
- Maintain staffing plans, discuss hiring timing, affordability, and capacity with business leaders.
- Support negotiations and renewals for third‑party services and technology solutions.
- Contribute to special projects, ad‑hoc reporting, and process‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) or professional certification (CMA, CPA) is a plus.
- Self‑motivated with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Ability to work under the company’s hybrid in‑office policy.
