Event & Lifestyle Coordinator (Lease‑up)

About the role

The Lifestyle Coordinator supports daily community management to boost resident retention. Working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants, the role assists with move‑ins, creates resident programs, and contributes to sales and marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents in the office/leasing area, ensuring comfort while they wait and assisting with tours as needed.
• Answer phone calls, route them to the appropriate team member, and follow up on completed service requests.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule, ensure proper payment and cleanliness, and manage loading dock/elevator schedules for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Document package deliveries, notify residents within 24 hours, and keep delivery records up to date.
• Ensure all amenities are in tour condition and ready for resident use.
• Develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs in amenity spaces, tracking outcomes and assessment metrics.
• Maintain detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and services, and foster relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses to provide recommendations to residents.
• Monitor the Lifestyle email account, respond promptly, and collaborate with the Lifestyle Team to market events and programs.

Required profile

• Works closely with Community Manager and Sales Consultants.
• Provides excellent customer service to prospects, residents, and visitors.
• Manages multiple schedules and logistical tasks efficiently.
