Entry Level Warehouse Associate / Racker – 1st Shift

About the role

This entry‑level position supports the parts finishing operation at a metal‑finishing company. You will work a 4‑day week on the first shift, handling parts from receipt through shipment while following strict safety and security protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Count, rack, and prepare parts for finishing.
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
• Complete paperwork to ensure smooth processing.
• Pack finished products for shipment to customers.
• Follow safety and production guidelines in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Required profile

• Reliable attendance and strong work habits.
• Ability to follow directions and work safely.
• Attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Comfort using measuring tools (ruler, tape measure) and digital devices (computer/tablet).
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• U.S. work authorization.
