About the role

Grace Community School is seeking an elementary school teacher who views the classroom as a calling. The position is based in Tyler, Texas, and integrates a Christ‑centered worldview into every lesson.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, rigorous lessons for elementary‑aged students.
• Incorporate Scripture and a Christian worldview naturally into all subject areas.
• Collaborate with grade‑level team members to align curriculum and assessment.
• Partner with parents to support students’ academic, spiritual, and social growth.
• Maintain consistent classroom management with joy and grace.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred).
• Experience teaching elementary students.
• Commitment to a biblical worldview and a shepherd’s heart.
