Cross‑Sell Data Analyst – Dynamics 365

About the role

The Cross‑Sell Data Analyst will identify and develop cross‑sell opportunities across all business lines for HUB International’s regional producers. Using internal and external data sources, the analyst will turn insights into actionable recommendations that support producers and advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth analyses of producers' books to uncover cross‑sell leads and build a pipeline of opportunities.
• Apply data‑mining, analytics and AI methods to detect service gaps, fee excesses, fiduciary exposure, financial health indicators and other prospect insights.
• Identify trends, generate actionable recommendations, and communicate findings to producers and advisors.
• Create and maintain reports in Power BI, Excel and other reporting tools.
• Collaborate with national Commercial, Employee Benefits, Retirement & Private Wealth, Personal Lines teams and regional cross‑sell coordinators.
• Build and sustain relationships with producers, regional cross‑sell teams and other business stakeholders.
• Perform additional job‑related duties as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Proven ability to work with large data sets and uncover cross‑selling opportunities.
