About the role
Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations at Jordan Valley Station in West Jordan, Utah. The role is responsible for leading the on‑site team, ensuring financial performance, and maintaining compliance with housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily property operations, including team supervision and resource allocation.
- Develop and input budget forecasts by analyzing financial statements and historical performance.
- Set rent rates and implement revenue‑generation strategies to meet targeted income.
- Monitor marketing initiatives and adjust tactics based on market data.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other applicable regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant property‑management experience.
- Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
