Community Manager for Vara Sun Valley Property

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Vara Sun Valley garden‑style community in Indian Trail, NC. The role combines property management, resident relations, and financial oversight to ensure a high‑quality living experience for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, including team supervision and resource allocation.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and ensure timely posting of fees.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Oversee lease enforcement: review applications, approve discounts, conduct inspections, issue notices, and manage evictions and late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends to inform pricing and operational decisions.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily property management or community management.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities to manage budgets and operational reports.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with occasional weekend coverage as needed.
