About the role
We are looking for a Community Lead to drive an exceptional member experience at our 115 Broadway location. Reporting daily to the building, you will engage with members, manage events and ensure our global standards are upheld.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct quarterly conversations with owned accounts to maximise membership value.
- Anticipate and address member and guest needs, using data to personalise experiences.
- Follow up in person on negative feedback from conference rooms, tickets or Medallia surveys and resolve issues according to the severity scale.
- Review Medallia responses, identify improvement areas and implement proactive changes.
- Support front‑desk coverage to guarantee consistent onsite presence.
- Lead pre‑move‑in meetings, deliver new‑member orientation and curate onboarding materials.
- Conduct move‑out interviews to capture departing member insights.
- Provide feedback on programming, evaluate event attendance and satisfaction.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
- Comfortable interacting with a diverse range of professionals and enterprise clients.
Required skills
- Experience using Medallia or similar member‑experience platforms.
