About the role
Texas A&M University’s College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences is seeking a Clinical Veterinarian to join the Vet Med Park team in College Station, Texas. The role focuses on providing comprehensive diagnostic and clinical care for large animals.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver anesthesia, diagnostic imaging, emergency medicine, herd health management, and surgical services for large animals at Vet Med Park.
- Provide on‑call emergency support, including after‑hours phone consultations and occasional in‑hospital patient care.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to support teaching, research, and outreach initiatives.
Required profile
- Graduates of an AVMA‑accredited veterinary college or equivalent foreign certification (ECFVG or PAVE).
- Minimum three years of relevant large‑animal clinical experience.
- Licensed DVM in Texas (or another state) with a passing NAVLE and Texas State Board examination.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work cooperatively in a team environment.
