About the role

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain the Epic Cadence clinical application suite.
• Analyze system performance and assist end‑users with troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the IT / EMR Systems team to implement updates and enhancements.

Required profile

• Intermediate level experience with Epic Cadence or similar clinical applications.
• Current employee of the University of Arkansas System or eligible to work in the United States.
