About the role
The Business Development Executive will create and nurture referral sources for the Personal Injury practice, focusing on auto body and collision centers, as well as community organizations. This role combines networking, event coordination, and brand representation to increase the firm’s visibility and client pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new referral sources for the Personal Injury Practice Group through networking events, luncheons, and community outreach.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing referral partners.
- Plan, organize, and present seminars, lunch‑and‑learn sessions, and other community events.
- Act as a brand ambassador at larger industry and community events.
- Identify and communicate potential new referral opportunities to the Director of Marketing.
- Assist with Property Damage referral development as assigned.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability; High school/GED required, Bachelor’s degree in business or management preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Minimum three years of outside sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast‑paced environment and work effectively in a team.
