Assistant Superintendent – Multifamily Construction

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join our growing team delivering high‑quality multifamily residential communities along Florida's Gulf Coast. The role focuses on overseeing daily jobsite operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet our strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily jobsite activities and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff across all construction phases.
• Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor project progress, resolve field issues, and communicate updates to project teams.
• Review plans and specifications to ensure work aligns with design and code requirements.
• Lead scheduling, inspections, and punch‑list completion.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent in multifamily construction.
• Strong leadership and field‑coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and fast‑paced project timelines.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices.
• Willingness to travel within Florida for project assignments as needed.
