About the role
The Administrative Coordinator I provides routine administrative support under general supervision. This position assists the Executive Director of Business Services & the Chief Procurement Officer in daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as administrative assistant to the Executive Director, Business Services & CPO.
- Perform routine administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, filing, and record keeping.
Required profile
- Ability to work under general supervision and follow established procedures.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple routine tasks efficiently.
