Yardi Help Desk Support (Remote, US)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Yardi Help Desk Support professional to provide front‑line assistance for users of the Yardi Senior product suite. Working remotely, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues, answer inquiries, and ensure a smooth experience with the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic business objectives.
• Respond to inbound support requests via help‑desk platform, phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Yardi Senior suite, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Document, prioritize, and track all inquiries in ticketing systems such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
• Follow up on tickets, update status regularly, and ensure timely resolution.
• Guide stakeholders through platform features, provide solutions to common problems, and deliver training or advice.
• Stay current on new features and product updates within the Yardi Senior suite.
• Meet or exceed service level agreements for response time, resolution, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to address complex challenges.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical support or help‑desk environments.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑service orientation.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven setting.
