Training Operations Associate II

About the role

Lyra Health is seeking a Training Operations Associate II to join the Provider Enablement team. You will partner closely with therapists and providers to deliver seamless onboarding and training experiences that support the rapid growth of our therapy programs.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate live and asynchronous training sessions, manage agendas, invitations, and troubleshoot technical issues in real time.
• Own end‑to‑end logistics for training events, ensuring prerequisites, documentation, and system access are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Serve as the primary liaison for providers, delivering high‑standard customer service and addressing individual requests.
• Identify trends in provider technical pain points and help design mitigation steps to improve training KPIs.
• Analyze current training workflows, propose and implement scalable process improvements.
• Collaborate with Clinical, HR, and IT teams to align training delivery with broader operational goals.
