About the role
Invesco is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to lead the design, analysis, and financial management of its compensation and incentive programs. The role blends core compensation expertise with rigorous financial modeling to support annual bonus cycles and ongoing business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Support design, administration, and evaluation of base salary and incentive programs.
- Develop and maintain financial models for annual bonus planning, including multi‑scenario payout projections.
- Partner with Finance on compensation forecasting, budgeting, and bonus accruals.
- Analyze compensation outcomes for performance alignment, market positioning, and cost expectations.
- Provide analytical support for offers, promotions, and retention decisions.
- Participate in market pricing and survey analysis to inform pay decisions.
- Prepare data‑driven materials for senior‑leader decision making.
- Ensure compliance with governance standards, policies, and regulations.
Required profile
- Professional experience in compensation analysis or a strongly analytical background.
- Ability to apply financial rigor to compensation decision‑making.
- Experience partnering with Finance and HR stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills for presenting data‑driven insights.
