Leasing Professional (Lease‑Up)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for a lease‑up community of 573 units. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through proactive prospect engagement and smooth move‑in processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a seamless resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments before occupancy and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record traffic and manage leasing data.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of leasing experience, preferably with lease‑up communities.
• Weekend availability required (Wednesday‑Sunday).
• Eligibility for a 40% housing discount.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Funnel leasing platform.
• Experience using Yardi CRM.
• Familiarity with Snappt verification tools.
• Knowledge of OneSite property management software.
