Leasing Professional (Lease Up) – Broadstone Creekside

About the role

The Leasing Professional (Lease Up) will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for Broadstone Creekside by managing all aspects of the leasing process, from prospect outreach to move‑in coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Use on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to greet, qualify, and guide prospects through the leasing journey.
• Detail‑oriented approach to apartment inspections and move‑in preparation.
• Awareness of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that generate traffic and leads.
• Proficiency in using property management software to manage leasing data and reporting.
