Leasing Professional

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for Riverset Apartments, ensuring high occupancy, revenue growth, and resident satisfaction. This role works closely with the property management team and Greystar’s resources to deliver an award‑winning leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute community marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy targets.
• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and present leasing options.
• Process applications, prepare lease agreements, and coordinate move‑in procedures.
• Maintain resident relationships throughout the lease term to ensure satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Drive lease renewals by engaging current residents and presenting renewal incentives.
• Track leasing metrics and report performance against revenue and occupancy goals.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales and occupancy targets in a property‑management environment.
• Knowledge of leasing processes and resident retention best practices.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
