Leasing Professional for Alta Trails Community

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Alta Trails community in Bastrop. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through proactive prospect engagement and lease management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity and maintain resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with ability to build relationships with prospects and residents.
• Detail‑oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple leasing tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local rental market and competitive landscape.
