About the role

The company is seeking a Quality Auditor to ensure that food products manufactured at the Beit HaShita plant meet the highest standards of safety and quality. You will work closely with production teams, conduct inspections, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Train production workers and monitor work according to product quality assurance principles.
• Control quality and safety of products on production lines based on specifications, audit plans, and work instructions.
• Manage critical control points according to HACCP plans.
• Analyze abnormal events caused by quality failures and develop corrective actions.
• Block non‑conforming products and enforce audit plans.
• Deliver food safety and quality training to production staff.
• Perform water, air, hand‑sampling, and cleaning verification tests.
• Conduct laboratory analyses of raw materials, in‑process samples, and finished goods following standards.
• Participate in daily operational meetings.

Required profile

• Associate degree or certification in a relevant field (advantage).
• Prior experience in quality control within a similar industrial food plant (mandatory).
• Basic English proficiency.
• Strong command of Hebrew (spoken, reading, writing).
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Willingness to work rotating morning and evening shifts and occasional overtime.
• Ability to travel independently to the kibbutz location.
